1 ) Where can I use my inflatable vessel?
AnsThis depends on the type of vessel you have. See the following schedule:
Fashion model | Type of water |
Kayak, SUP | Rivers, lakes, canals |
Fishman | Rivers, lakes, canals |
Cheyenne | Rivers, lakes, canals |

In general, shorter lighter boats are easier to drive (this is ideal for quiet waters like rivers and lakes). The longer, heavier boats are often faster and are more stable in the water, which makes them suitable for larger waters.
2 ) My vessel gets soft, how can I find it?
AnsTo find the leakage, take the following steps:
1) First check that all valves are properly sealed. If necessary, turn it over.
2) Check if the vessel is exposed to high temperature differences. If the vessel is inflated at higher temperatures and then exposed to lower temperatures at night, the pressure may decrease. This may make the boat look soft.
3) Should the above options not help you can look for a leak:
- Thoroughly inflate the vessel and look (and listen) to leaks. Large leaks are clearly visible.
- Spray with soap water wherever you suspect a leak. There will be bubbles if there is a leak.
- Also check the valves for leaks. The built-in safety valve may be replaced.
If you have found the leak, clean the surface thoroughly and then repair it using the repair kit.
3 ) How can I replace the built-in valve?
AnsFirst open the valve (1). Then release the air (2) and then release the base of the valve (3,4 & 5) using the lever (counterclockwise). Then you can turn the new valve into the boat (6,7 & 8)
4 ) Can I attach an outboard engine to my boat?
AnsThis depends on the age and model of the boat. First, check the manual if any engine support can be placed on the boat. Keeps the following data when selecting a motor:
Fashion model | Maximum power | Maximum weight of the engine |

5 ) What can I do if there’s air out of my vessel?
AnsSmall pin dots and holes can be repaired with the repair kit supplied with your vessel. Look for instructions in your manual. The repair kit is suitable for holes up to about 5 cm. For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not repair holes larger than 5 cm.
6 ) Are there any replacement parts for my vessel?
AnsThis depends on the type of vessel you have. Look at www.jilong.nl if there are parts for your vessel.
7 ) How hard should I blow my boat?
AnsThis differs by type. Next to each valve the desired air pressure is printed. That way, you know exactly how far you can blow the boat. Do not inflate the boat too much, this may cause internal and external damage.
